Helen Redfern is a writer, creative mentor and founder of The Confident Creative Club. She has sixteen years of online experience and was editor of a leading literary website. She writes essays about creativity and confidence and her latest workbook, Journaling Your Goals, on how to use journaling to boost creative confidence, is available now.
