IS THIS YOU?
🙋🏼♀️ When I journal it feels like pointless meanderings without a purpose.
🙋🏼♀️ I have the urge to journal but I’m scared of opening a can of worms.
🙋🏼♀️ Journaling my feelings makes me spiral and I feel worse than when I started.
🙋🏼♀️ I only journal when I’m sad/angry/confused and forget to do it when I’m feeling happy.
🙋🏼♀️ I think I’m journaling wrong.
Mental clarity, in minutes.
When you’re overwhelmed with everything life throws at you, it’s not easy to face your emotions in a journal.
Once you experience the journal blueprint, you’ll unlock self-exploration hacks that will transform your approach and leave you with personal realisations, more motivation, mood shifts and more.
It all started with a breakup.
There’s no doubt that coming out as a lesbian has been a joyful experience for me.
But amongst my beautiful evolution, there has been a loss.
Don’t get me wrong, I have plenty of friends. I have therapy. But no one can ever know you like a partner does.
In the past, I would have avoided all these big emotions when they came up, probably by sinking a bottle of wine.
Now, I pick up my journal. I write and I write.
I get angry about the ways I’ve been hurt. I complain about the things that I’d like to be grateful for. I vent about how things should be better. I dump everything I’m feeling on paper and try to navigate the mess.
And that process has been empowering.
As a woman it can feel scary, really scary, to be independent. To try and rely on yourself 100% of the time, to trust that you can handle sadness, and to believe that you have the resources to climb up from rock bottom.
Journaling is a symbol of that trust.
My journal holds the emotions AND it helped me find a way through.
I realised that no one teaches you how to deal with this kind of stuff, no one shows you the simple techniques that can literally change your life.

Hi, I’m Fiona 👋🏻
Journaling has supported me through depression, anxiety, grief, isolation, sexual repression and divorce.
I’ve learned that when you’re disconnected from who you are, writing can bring you home.
My passion for writing has become a mission to help women connect with the truth of who they are.
Over the last decade I’ve written for Happiful Magazine, Grazia and Huffington Post, published two non-fiction books, mentored creatives and hosted writing workshops for hundreds of women.
