A Therapeutic Writing Class: No Resilience Required
By A Thread offers a low-pressure writing session for those of us who are navigating tough times and need a space to express what we’re going through, without any expectations of having to stay strong
This isn’t about fixing or forcing a solution. It’s about having a space to sit with your emotions, put them into words, and connect with others who understand.
Whether you’re feeling hopeless, frustrated, or just worn out, this session aims to give you a supportive environment where you can write freely, without judgement or pressure.
What to expect:
- A space to exist unapologetically. You don’t need to be in a certain mindset, have answers, or feel ready to share. This space is open to anyone.
- Done-for-you prompts and exercises designed to encourage emotional expression and processing.
- Collective care. If you feel comfortable, you can share your thoughts with the group. This kind of solidarity can provide validation and ease pain, but there’s no pressure to do so.
This session is about creating a space where you can be honest with yourself, without the pressure to be anything other than what you are right now.
