I have been eating 5 small meals a day, so lots of my meals are for convenience these days. Sometimes just a turkey sandwich or a simple tuna salad is all I need so they haven’t necessarily been photograph worthy, sorry guys!
My mum made me salmon one night (1) which she served with loads of greens, including my favourite brussels sprouts! I took a notion for a stir-fry the other night (2) so had it with king prawns, garlic and soy sauce. So simple but tasty. One of my bigger meals was this tuna salad (3) pimped up with plenty of veggies like peppers, carrots, shallots and beetroot. I also had a few prawns left so added them into the mix. The last picture is what I had for lunch on one of my high-carb days, some select grain toast with cottage cheese (my new addiction) and veggies.
