I thought I’d keep it simple this week, the challenge is just to do an activity that you love. I was inspired last week after I did a Body Balance class and fell back in love with it. It reminded me that sometimes its not about doing the workout you ‘need’ to do (to meet your goals) but just doing something you enjoy! Tonight I’m heading along to my local class to get more flexible, get focused and of course relax.
Ditch the cereal and eat a good breakfast which consists of protein and wholegrain carbohydrates. Try and do this 4 times this week. I’ve been OK so far, with eggs on toast on Tuesday and protein oats on Wednesday. I’m hoping to whip up a veggie omelette tomorrow to get more vegetables into my first meal.
