Woah what a week this has been! I hit the gym for five consecutive days (here are the deets) and started my Level 2 Gym Instructor course on Saturday and Sunday so its been pretty full on.
I have had a few dodgy meals (Chinese on Friday night was a moment of weakness) but also plenty of good meals so its onwards and upwards. The first picture is my packed lunch of chicken and quinoa and the second picture is my new addiction; Quest Bars. I can’t find them in Scotland so I order them sometimes on eBay for a ridiculous price but they are a guilt free treat. The last picture was my homemade fish supper with sweet potato fries. Yum!
