I thought I’d keep it simple this week, the challenge is just to do an activity that you love. I’m going to try and fit in a Body Balance class because I find it really relaxing.
Ditch the cereal and eat a good breakfast which consists of protein and wholegrain carbohydrates. Try and do this 4 times this week. E.g. boiled eggs and toasted rye bread, or try my Chocolate Proats recipe.
