Here is a quick summary of my week 2 so far….
Do the January Core Workout at least 3 times this week: I did this for the first time on Monday. I didn’t fancy doing burpees at the gym so I did some leg work and cardio first then did the core workout at home. Let’s just say I’m glad I did it in the privacy of my own home – I was a mess! Such a good workout that only takes about 14 minutes.
Aim to substitute all coffees and energy drinks for decaffeinated coffee or herbal teas: I started to regret making this challenge yesterday! I work in a coffee shop so temptation is literally everywhere. I started the day with a hot water and lemon instead and it was pretty good. Still missing my black coffee though!
