January health & fitness challenge: Week 2

Have you read about my January Challenge? It started last week but every week is different so its not too late to join me! Read more in my previous post. You can also read my experiences of week 1 here. Now to announce this week’s brand new challenges…..

Fitness challenge:

Do the January Core Workout at least 3 times this week. No equipment required so no excuses!

Nutrition challenge:

Aim to substitute all coffees and energy drinks for decaffeinated coffee or herbal teas. Or go one better and aim to only drink water. You should aim for 1-2 litres a day and more if you are exercising.

Other suggestions:

If you managed to work out 3 times last week, why not aim for one more ‘fun’ workout e.g. a long walk in the park, swimming or a game of badminton with a friend?
