January core workout

core workoutIf there is one problem area I’d like to work on this year it is my core. I’m sure there are plenty of other people thinking the same, so I thought I would post a good core workout to add into your routine. One round takes less that 5 minutes so if you repeat it 3 times you have a good 15 minute workout which I like to do either before or after a good bout of fat burning cardio!
