If there is one problem area I’d like to work on this year it is my core. I’m sure there are plenty of other people thinking the same, so I thought I would post a good core workout to add into your routine. One round takes less that 5 minutes so if you repeat it 3 times you have a good 15 minute workout which I like to do either before or after a good bout of fat burning cardio!
