January health & fitness challenge: Week 1 update

Work out at least 3 times this week: I have done the Carly Rowena Bootcamp which I blogged about earlier. I have been on the sofa with the cold for a few days so I’m feeling frustrated, but ready to hit the gym tonight! Can’t wait! I’m hoping to workout at least 4 times this week.

Eat at least 3 healthy vegetarian dinners this week: I have found this reasonably easy, as well as enjoyable. I love vegetables anyway, but I have also been experimenting with quinoa and enjoying soups as well as munching on some meat substitutes. I wrote more about eating vegetarian here.

  1. This seems like a good challenge! I’ve had a nice 10 km run on Sunday and a sweet 8-minute ab workout (you should check it out! really!) yesterday. I’m planning on 2 more cardio sessions and maybe a dance workout + arms. I’m not a vegetarian; however, I do like to take days off from meat and etc.
