I have been feeling awful over the past few days. Sporting a runny nose and a pounding headache there was no way I was leaving the house to visit the gym. To be honest I’ve been in pyjamas at all times and had to take two paracetamol to find the strength to hold up my hair dryer!
A few nights ago I watched through Carly Rowena’s January bootcamp video and was dying to give it a go. With no one home and my illness hanging over me I thought I’d try it out; surely it couldn’t make me feel any worse?!
The whole workout lasts just under 12 minutes so it is super quick, but definitely gets you working straight away. It made me realise I was still very sick, because I felt light headed and couldn’t do any press ups (normally not a problem for me) so I’m glad I chose to do this instead of go to a class or the gym. I think when I’m healthy again I’ll be able to do it 2-3 times in total for a really intense workout!
