Evening all! I though I would share my workout with you as I had a nice session at the gym this afternoon. I have been ill with the flu but I thought a cheeky little arm workout might cheer me up, and of course it did! I based this on a workout that was on Instagram but tweaked it slightly by adding burpees and some overhead extensions. I also had to repeat the workout to really feel the burn!
