Bored of sitting on the sofa every night? Eating crap for every meal and still feeling hungry? Or are you already a reasonably healthy person who has just fallen off the wagon over Christmas? Well feel free to join me and a few others who are going to be doing weekly challenges to help improve our fitness, well-being and overall health over the next month.
What’s the idea?
I will set 2 challenges each week, one fitness related and one nutrition related. I will post them on this blog every Sunday so we can start them on the Monday. Attempt each challenge and blog ot tweet me your experience. Did you feel healthier? Lose weight? I want to know! I will put together a list of everyone involved so that we can all talk to each other.
If you can’t attempt all the challenges don’t worry! It’s all for fun and a way to give us all some ideas for being healthier in January. If you feel you need advice/recipes/workouts please tweet me or comment on my blog. We need to keep each other motivated!
How to get involved:
Simply follow my blog or like my Facebook page for weekly updates on what the challenges are and how I’m getting out. If you are participating and have a blog of your own, then leave the link in the comments below and I will add you to the list of participants which I will publish at the end of every related post.
