Killer leg workout for Christmas

killer leg workoutI mentioned in my post earlier this week I had done a killer leg workout. Well after a few days of recovery I thought I would share it with you and challenge you to try it! Its very simple and can be done at home or at the gym. I did mine in the gym holding a 7 kilo dumbells for the squats and lunges, but you could do it without weights if you want.
