Post workout salad


I just had a great workout at my local body pump class and topped it off with a delicious warm salad. I have a total obsession with salads being served ‘warm’, it makes an otherwise sad little plate into something so much more triumphant and worthy of being served at dinner time! I had leftovers from last night’s chicken salad but pimped it up with some hot ingredients: crispy bacon, soft boiled eggs, steamed asparagus and  roasted cherry tomatoes.

Totally satisfied and ready for bed!
