Rainy day workout

1059744_10152955563650338_565985350_o  The weather here in Scotland is pretty poor at the moment, so going outdoor running has become a bit depressing. This week I mixed it up and did some running on the treadmill and added in a little leg and ab work. Above you can see my nike app recorded my time and speed. I absolutely love this app, I haven’t ran without it since I got it. Its really satisfying and strangely addictive watching my total miles creep up every time I head out!

The whole workout went like this:

  • 5 mins on bike
  • 30 mins on treadmil
  • 5 mins on bike
  • Adductor 2 sets of 15
  • Abductor 2 sets of 15

Core Workout:

  • 1 minute plank
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 30 second side plank
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 30 second side plank
  • 15 reverse crunches
  • 15 hip ups
  • 1 minute V-sit
