I think setting goals for yourself is a great way to get motivated. I’ve been stuck in a bit of a rut in June so this is my plan to mix things up a bit and get excited about improving my fitness levels!
1. Complete a 7 mile run
2. Go to at least 2 Metafit sessions throughout the month
3. Do a short core workout at home at least 5 times a week
4. Find some new routes for running, ideally with some nice scenery
5. Increase bicep weights in Body Pump class
Eek that’s it down in print, there’s nothing like a bit of pressure to get you moving!
