So pleased I managed to get out and do a workout today. My back is still playing up but I have got an appointment with the osteopath on Tuesday; I know he’ll sort me out.
I was planning an outdoor run but the rain came on so decided to hit the treadmill instead (feels like cheating!). I took it easy because of the back issue so just did 30 mins at quite a slow pace. Then I popped in for a solid hour of Body Pump which was awesome. Can’t get enough of lifting weights, it’s my absolute favourite. I kept my weights down for my back muscles but worked hard on biceps (10kilo) and triceps (15k). The instructor threw in a killer lunge track which I KNOW I’ll be feeling tomorrow as well as a challenging shoulder track with lots of bar work!
Overall a great way to end the day!
