Here are my initial meal ideas based on the weekly shop I did yesterday.I haven’t done many breakfast ideas because I tend to just eat eggs, as described in my earlier post ‘3 ways with eggs’. Lunch is often leftovers from the night before or just a tuna salad.

Sausages + green beans + cashew nuts

Steak mince chilli + raw peppers + guacamole

Chicken strips in smoked paprika + roasted red onion + cashew nuts

Venison meatballs + tomato sauce + green beans + cashew nuts

Roast chicken + fried egg + roasted red pepper + avocado
